EARLY BIRD REGISTRATIONS
 
Westminster Warriors Soccer Club is offering a discount for early bird registration when you register online and pay in full between 7 November and 17 December 2025 upon full payment. This offer is only available online and closes on 17 December 2025 at 7pm.

Online registrations will then re-open on 5 January 2026 and will be full price.  If you don't want to register online, Physical Sign on Dates: Saturday 10th January 2026, 8am - 12noon at the Clubhouse and Thursday, 15th January 2026, 5pm - 8pm at the Clubhouse.
 
Tiny Tots (2-4yrs):  Full Price $90* (no early bird price for this age group)
Under 6, 7 & 8 (mixed and girls):  EARLY BIRD $200*; Full Price $250*
Under 9 & Under 10 (mixed and girls):  EARLY BIRD $250*; Full Price $300*
Under 11 - Under 15/16 (mixed and girls/boys):  EARLY BIRD $300*; Full Price $350*
Under 17/18 Men:  EARLY BIRD $350*; Full Price $400*
Snr Men, Snr Women & Over 30/40 Men/Women:  EARLY BIRD $350*; Full Price $400*
*Families with more than 1 player registering will get a $60 reduction off their fees for each additional player after the first. (This does not apply to Tiny Tot registration fees).
 
Please note, that at a minimum a deposit of $150 per player (Tiny Tots must be paid in full) must be received by the club before a player can is placed in a team (this is non-refundable once the player plays their first game for the season).  

When you register, you will NOT BE PLACED IN A TEAM UNTIL YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID.  No positions in teams will be held until a deposit has been made

Please fill in all the questions asked in the registration on line (e.g. school, church, etc) as we use the data throughout the season to see where our players are from etc.  If you need to update your details please login here at https://qcsawestw.myclubmate.com.au/myDetails to do so.

If you have registered for a waitlist age group, that means that all of our teams in that age group are currently full.  Our registrar will contact you if/when a position becomes available.  This could be within 1-2 days or 1-2 weeks, so please be patient with us whilst we see what is available.
