2020 Player Registrations are Now Open - Online Only

Early Bird Discounts
Westminster Warriors Soccer Club is offering a discount for early bird registration upon full payment. This offer is only available online and closes on Friday, 21 December 2019.

Registrations will then re-open on 7 January 2020 and will be full price.  You can then register online or at one of our Sign On days to be held on Saturday, 1st February 2020 and Saturday 8th February 2020, both between 1pm-4pm at the clubhouse.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU REGISTER EARLY AS PLACES ARE NOT RESERVED FOR RETURNING PLAYERS. THE TEAM POSITIONS ARE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST IN FIRST SERVED BASIS!


Volunteer Incentives/Family Levy Program 
A compulsory volunteer levy of $50 per family (which is included as a part of your fees).  This is fully refundable when 4 hours of ‘assistance’ has been given to the club throughout the season.  
Westminster Warriors members enjoy the use of wonderful facilities.  To be able to keep, maintain and upgrade these facilities, we rely on the income we generate from the events we hold throughout the year, as well as the week to week running of the canteen.  For more information, please click here.

Fees information

It is preferable that the fees are to be paid in full upfront.  No registration will be accepted without full payment of deposit of $100.00

Tiny Tots: EARLY BIRD $55*; Full Price $75*
Under 6, 7 & 8: EARLY BIRD $220*; Full Price $240*
Under 9 - Under 16: EARLY BIRD $280*; Full Price $300*
Under 17/18 Men: EARLY BIRD $320*; Full Price $340*
Snr Men, Snr Women & Over 30/40 Men: EARLY BIRD $360*; Full Price $380*
 
* Families with more than one player registering will get a $60 reduction off the above fees, for each additional player, after the first (youngest). * This does not apply to Tiny Tot registration fees.
NO registration will be accepted without minimum payment of $100.  Tiny Tots need to pay in full.
All fees are required to be paid in full prior to 1st April 2020.

Please make sure that you register early. The team positions are allocated on a first in first served basis which means that we cannot guarantee preferred team placement after the close of initial registration. 

If you register on-line, you will have 1 week from that date to pay your deposit, otherwise your registration will be deleted and your spot in the team forfeited.  You will then need to re-register and pay the deposit if you want to be in a team depending on whether there are spots still available.  No positions in teams will be held until a deposit has been made.


2020 Registrations.
The MyClubMate (MCM) system works on a family login so all family members should be registered under the same login. Once you login please make sure that you register all adult and children players in your family at the same time.


Returning players
If any member of your family played with Westminster Warriors in a previous season, please

If you cannot remember your login details then click here for instructions on how to recover the login details. Please just click on the 'forgot your password?' tab if you require a new password.  If you have changed your email address since you last played, then please contact registrar@westminstersc.org.au.

Players in Under 9 for 2020 will need to have their ID photo (head shot – no hat or sunglasses) uploaded as these were not required in Under 8. Once the teams have been formed, players in Under 11 to Under 17/18 will be required to provide their signature in accordance with the QCSA regulations.


New players
If you are a new player to Westminster Warriors in 2020 and your immediate family did not play with us in a previous season, please click here to register as a new family and new player. 

For new players in Under 9 and above ID photos (head shot – no hat or sunglasses) will need to be uploaded to complete your registration. Once the teams have been formed, players in Under 11 and above will be required to provide their signature in accordance with the QCSA regulations.

For players who have never played with our club before please email registrar@westminstersc.org.au with proof of age (e.g. birth certificate, passport, driver’s license etc.)


Get Started Vouchers
We do accept Get Started Voucher from the government, and if eligible encourage you to use these vouchers, Round XX will open in January 2020.   Full fees will apply.  To secure your place please register and pay the difference between the voucher ( $150) and the Full price Fee and email treasurer@westminstersc.org.au to advsie you have applied for a voucher.

Payment
The club’s preferred method of payment is by electronic funds transfer (EFT) where you must reference the player’s name, but we do also accept credit card through the MyClubMate payment option (Visa or MasterCard – a surcharge, to cover the payment process service, will apply) or at the clubhouse through our EFTPOS machine.

Full payment must be received by 21 December 2020 to receive the early bird prices, otherwise full registration fees will apply. No positions in teams will be held until full payment has been made.

Parent/Adult Player Participation
All parents and adult players are expected to contribute to the running of the club throughout the season in a variety of ways. During online registration you are given an opportunity to register your interest in volunteering (coach, manager, sponsorship); please give serious consideration to investing some time into the week to week running of the club and its future development.
